  • Mini - Lesson (common punctuation and grammar errors from yesterday's three paragraph essay)
  1. to, too or two?
  2. alot is not a word! It is two words "a lot". However, this is a word that should be avoided in formal writing. Try using some of the synonyms we brainstormed or reword the sentence.
  3. Do not capitalize the titles of your classes in less it is a language class. For example, English, French and Spanish should be capitalized. Classes such as science, social science or math should not.
